Our story
The founders had spent years watching good loans get slowed down between departments and vendors nobody could reach. So they built a mortgage company where borrowers can reach the people responsible for moving their loan forward.
From day one we've funded residential mortgages across Kentucky, and kept the part that mattered: a borrower can call the person who has the file.
